Okay, fair enough, but the most we would give up of our top-ranked defense is Derek Forbort. And we wouldn't trade for a twice-traded player.

also known as a 4 time 20 goal scorer . . . .

Tatar's contract sucks but his play is solid.
he's a 3.5-4.5m max not 5.3m player which is the biggest hang up with Tatar.
pairing him with Drouin will be a good mix

Nice trade idea. Maybe add something from MTL (ex : 3rd round pick)
