Wonder what a poll what say about critical December 1st deadline. There seems to be big divide between the two parties.

Doesn't the advantage ultimately lie w/ Dubas and not w/ Nylander at this point? I mean, Nylander doesn't get paid at all while he's holding out, and while TOR probably needs him to contend for the Cup, they can win w/o him during the regular season up to a point. It seems that the player doesn't really gain the upper hand in any salary negotiations at least until he becomes eligible for arbitration. Any thoughts?

I can't see Nylander holding out that long. Even Lindholm and Trouba ended up signing before then. I don't think he'll be in the opening night lineup, but there will likely be a deal met at some point in mid to late October if I had to guess.

He probably will. If not, he probably won't miss many games anyway. He'll sign there eventually IMO.
