Almost perfect. Don't see Vesey joining the Leafs now. If the Leafs think Carrick, Marincin, Corrado, Leivo, Sparks, their RFAs have NHL future, I think the Leafs could sign them a little more term and more money.
Valiev, still a year away, but # 1 Dman prospect.

Thanks for your "sense" as a fan. I'm feel the same way as a Leaf fan. Want to beat the crap outta Ottawa, Montreal and Boston when the Leafs play them, but want them to be good teams too.

Thanks for your "sense" as a fan. I'm feel the same way as a Leaf fan. Want to beat the crap outta Ottawa, Montreal and Boston when the Leafs play them, but want them to be good teams too.
Ottawa will always beat your leafs, don't think Matthews will win you the battle of Ontario. Ottawa has better players, better fans, and a more passionate management. Ottawa will soon be a winner without needing any top 5 draft picks, without throwing $50 million at a head coach, and they will have great success at their brand new arena in downtown Ottawa.

As a Leafs fan living in Ottawa I find this comment pretty comical. I can guarantee that Sens fans wouldn't have stuck with their team over the past decade the way Leafs fans have under the circumstances. Worst hockey fans in Canada, and it's not even close.
