The site says Matthew Tkachuk isn’t exempt from waivers, even though he is on his ELC. How is this possible?

Because he has played 160 NHL games. (believe I have this correct).

When this question was asked, Tkachuk had only played 159. Perhaps CapFriendly was just jumping the gun.
