Wow. I’m in disbelief that a coach as good as Joel Quenneville would be fired. If he isn’t hired today I’ll be in even bigger awe.

I think Q forced their hand. Kevin Dineen was failing. That PP was terrible and he Dineen deserved to be fired more than either Q or Bowman. Q stood up for his assistants and then Rocky made a full sweep. Q, Dineen, and Ulf are ALL out.

They've had a better start to the season than i thought they would. They've started struggling but i'm still a bit surprised.

The Panarin for Saad trade really crippled the Hawks offensively. It should come as no surprise that they're struggling again this season, despite Kane's terrific play and Toews bounce back start. I'll never understand why they traded a breakout super star like Panarin for an overpaid depth Forward like Saad. This was Stan Bowman being sentimental and short sighted.
