Be similar to the Tatar deal last spring. Might be too much, but if the Oilers are swinging for the fences this year, Nyquist might be a nice addition.

I probably take that. Nyquist is playing really really well this season so his value is defiantly higher. The first 20 games he was making everything happen. He just loved to hit the post lol. Now the puck is finding the net too

Tatar costed more because he actually had term left on his deal. And even with that, pretty much everyone thought it was an overpayment.

This is an awful lot to give up for a rental. I’d consider Spooner, Bear and a 2nd, but I’m hesitant to do that, since Bear looked really good last year, but he’s been batting injuries this year
