Sabres don't have the cap space and they wouldn't do it. because according to Sabres fans, 9pts in 31 games, makes Mittelstadt untouchable

that's a lot of money to eat... getting a 40-goal guy at $4m - and getting Fabbri - should be a no-brainer. If Sabres fans don't like this trade, then I guess it's time to realize that Tarasenko is worth way more to the Blues than in a trade.

Well they definitely have the cap space here. I argued Thomas>Mittlesradt all summer and no-one agreed lol. Thomas has the same amount of points in 7 less games.

I agree with this take. neither of them will ever be Pettersson on offense but they both could be great 50pt 2 way players.

Oh yeah, EP is far and away the best player from 2017. I’d argue Heisksanen is second and then a Hischier and then quite the drop off.

Five stars my friend from a Sabres fan. IMHO that is not enough for Tarasenko, much less half of his salary retained, then you are including Fabri (he is better than Mittelstadt right now)? You are all so correct, Sabre fans would say no to this! OMW can you imagine a top line of Skinner Eichel and Tarasenko? Second line of Sheary, Fabri and Reinhart?

I wouldn't do it Robby Fabbri is too injury prone he missed all of last season and 14 games this season. Also i think the blues would want more for Tarasenko
