If you want to sure....it's called an offer sheet.... Toronto won't be able to match. They will in turn offer sheet Dahlin when the time comes

I know what its called and what it is. The compensation is not there thats what I wanted to point out. And offer sheet would firstly need to be signed by player himself before being functionable..
