Jack Johnson.. Olund... and a 2021 2nd... for someone who can't be traded because of LTIR :O

I wouldn't necessarily consider a 7 player trade "Simple" either. I like the team you constructed, but it seems to be a tad (bigly) in our favor, eh?

Not enough to make it a significant factor and if they cant get around a 2nd for him they should just keep him. Since hes young and cheap and has pretty decent point production, hes perfect for playoff teams. And the Pens are a playoff team too.

you Keep peddling the same package from Vancouver over and over again. they are rebuilding. Why would they want 2 rental centers, one prospect and a 2nd for 4 young players under 25 when they are rebuilding?
I'd rather have Blueger than Motte or Guance.

JJ isn't getting traded. especially to a team that doesn't need him. and definitely not for someone on IR.

He's not though, and if you watch him play you can tell he is poised to be a good playmaker. I don't want them to trade Simon because I truly think he will be a good player on this team in another year or two. You can tell by how he looks on the ice. MajesticWalrus isn't wrong here

Because theyre young and cheap and have pretty decent point production. Rutherford said he wants to trade brassard for a third line centre. Obviously more would be involved in the trade though. They are rebuilding and they have one of the best prospect pools in the league and those prospects can easily replace those cheap players with decent point production. And they are getting a high draft pick and a prospect.

They are getting a late 2nd and a prospect who would be a 3rd/4th line center. They already have Horvat, Pettersson, Sutter, Beagle, Gagne, Pyatt, Gaudette as centers. They don't need 2 rental centers or a mid grade center prospect so your basically saying they really want a late round 2nd that bad....... PLus Brassard doesn't waive his modified trade clause to go to a non playoff team.
