You can't buyout Perry's contract till next off season. Plus that's a lot of cash to spend for a player whose still not a bad player... Probably better off trading him but with salary retained than buying him out.

I'm seeing a lot of MTL Armchair GM's about Cam Fowler or Hampus Lindholm, has there been any rumors between these two teams or anything ?

C'mon, the guy is great of course, but didn't even reach 40 pts yet in the NHL. I mean, I would love him with MTL, but stop thinking he is Victor freaking Hedman....

LOL. Perry's contract is bad, but it's not to the point where Lindholm has to be included to get rid of it. Ducks can deal with the remaining 3 years left and keep the stud that Lindholm is. Also, you can't buyout players in the middle of the season. Which shows your lack of hockey knowledge.

That's way to much for Ducks to give up. Plus Perry has NMC, he isn't going to waive to Montreal. Ducks best bet would to hope that Perry stays on LTIR forever
