The Duchene trade is crap for the Sens, Both Honka and Nuke are meh. Dallas isn't winning the cup this year. Duchene to Dallas is a total waste.

I get that the Stars are giving up three former 1st round picks in this trade scenario but given that Ottawa possibly gave up a generational player for Duchene you gotta think they're going to want to get a 1st round pick if they trade him. Take out Nikushkin, add the Stars 2019 1st round pick and make the conditional pick a 2nd rounder and they'd likely accept.

Aside from the BOS trade, all of these moves are slight underpayments from DAL imo.

I agree.
I think the Zuc trade is close.

Yup. All I'd change in that deal is probably change that 3rd to 2nd rounder.

Caps say no. Our D has enough depth, and we don't need to waste Burakovsky on Polak. If we move him, we'd need another forward in return to fill the top nine hole he leaves.

Make the 3rd conditional being if the Duchene conditions are met than they get the 2nd, if not they get a 3rd and a 4th or something like that

Rangers are not looking for 26 year old but Prospects we are... Hayes is 26 and is on the trade block.
