1 Philly doesn;t accept, 2 Boston won't even offer Studnicka because of how talented he is for them in the future.

I tend to agree - seemed like not enough, but also too much. Value-wise, what would Philly accept?

can't imagine the flyers entertaining this. Thanks for giving Coots the credit he deserves though.

Idek because they are in a position where Philadelphia isn't willing to trade they are still going after a cup with this team while growing yet Boston is in a position where they are buying, but not with the cost of certain prospects.

Point a game player who is top 5 in league defensively. not much to dislike. His playoff performance last year was ridiculous 2ppg on a torn MCL - WTF

I agree, but I think the Bruins have to entertain the idea for a very few certain players. Studnicka will be a very good player, but they will be lucky if he puts up 30g 45a (and a Selke candidate)

Yeah, still from what I hear Boston has Studnicka and Vaakanainen untouchable which means they are wanting to get players for their right price imo it's not going to happen.

hat trick with a torn MCL too lol. I just can't imagine the Flyers thinking of trading a 1C with that contract. Fletcher's comments were taken a bit out of context too. "He said everyone is available except G because of his NMC" (like you said), but then added "but it would be stupid to trade some others but it won't prevent form at least listening." Hope that puts it a bit more in context for you.

Yeah - I know it's not happening, but he and Barkov are on my dream list. I kind of thought his comments were directed in the direction of Voracek and JVR.

I think they were definitely in relation to Voracek. I'm not so sure about JvR. I think maybe Ghost as well but it would have to be an offer that blows him away and likely require an equal level roster player back which makes me think it is an offseason move. I think Voracek is an offseason move too for that matter.
