I think you keep Johnsson, don't sign Ferland (he's not taking anything close to that low), move Brown to clear cap, and move Kap+ for a Dman with term. Bracco also comes up I would think.

It's not like the best goal scorer of this generation and potentially all time is a hitting beast of a man (Ovechkin), or that the Leafs toughest skilled defenseman of all time was European (Salming), or that the team that has beat us in two of the last three playoffs series was led on the backend by their beast of a European physical demands (Chara), or the many, many other tough Europeans.
