LOL guessing you read Fluto or took this from another hockey site that shall not be named. Personally wouldn't do it. Panarin is going to market no matter what, so it seems like a steep price for a guy you probably won't re-sign.

Yes I read it on twitter, just wanted to see what people thought> In my opinion i wouldn't ind because Studnicka could be called up next year so there isn't much room for him, and Donato really doesn't have a spot on the team

Saw it, laughed. Hate it. Waste of assets. Panarin will want 9+ next contract and has his sights set on NY or Fla. no thanks

I'd do it if it looked more like this:

1st + Donato + a lesser prospect

Just cause I’m curious, would you do this for Stone for the greater chance of getting him to re-sign?

I'd do it if he came with an agreed upon extension that didn't put the team in a tough cap spot.

It’s really rare for a rental to cost this much. If it was a first, Donato, and John Moore, I’d be all for it.

9.5 AAV, 6-7 years? Don’t know how Ottawa would feel about letting the bruins negotiate a contract, but at the very least there’s more of a chance he would sign here after the season than Panarin. I would absolutely trade that package (Donato, not Vaakanainen) for Stone. I think he’s worth it.
