Hard to argue w that. He produces well in regular season and playoffs. Idk if you could even trade him.

Exactly. If they trade him, it needs to be an overpayment. They wouldn't sell him for equal value

That and why risk getting a player who doesn’t have chemistry w Crosby? Last guy was Kunitz?

With the way the Hawks should be building for the near future, I wouldn’t do this trade at all. Saad and Cags are two guys that you keep unless they are apart of a better return package. Saad’s Contract isn’t so bad that they need to be retaining salary in a deal. I also want no part of Pearson.
