Even though I love Stone, I would never give all that for him. Put away Poehling and it might be worth it

thanks for your feedback. i was hesitant on trading poehling as well, but anytime you have the opportunity to acquire a top 10 rw in the league and arguably the best 2 way winger in the league, you put all the chips on the table.

Would you say that Primeau, Juulsen, Lehkonen a first and a second could make it? When you look at that Karlsson trade, I think that kind of deal is a serious possibility

i'd be more willing to trade lindgren then primeau. he seems to be the heir apparent to price's throne 5-7 years down the road. i added byron though. local ottawa kid. scores goals. amazing contract. even that is a huge loss for mtl. we all know how good he is. lehkonen is a huge question mark. he's a great 2 way winger, but he needs to improve his offensive game. i mean the amount of chances he gets. idk he is the most snake bitten player on this planet tbh. we have an abundnace of depth on the right side, and juulsen seems like a stud. the trade u propsed is pretty good as well.

This would be the ideal trade for Stone if you change lindgren with a B/C level prospect. OTT is not taking Goalies int their trades i can guarantee you that, they have 2 amazing goalies comming up soon in Joey Daccord and Guss.

jake evans maybe? or cale fluery? i honestly am all in to trade for stone. as long as suzuki, brook, primeau and romanov arent touched, im willing to dangle poehling as well. would fluery and evans work? i hope its a fair deal

This is an overpayment for a rental, without an extension in places it's an easy no from MTL. I know how good Stone is but thinking you're getting that many pieces and actually valuable pieces is a mistake.

Dorion doesnt have any leaverage here and the market for Stone is shrinking the closer it gets to TDL day.
