Where is this rumor coming from? Also I don't know if CGY would be wise to trade two promising prospects and a 1st for a goalie that's already 33, especially within the division.

holy crap that a over-payment for a aging tender..if Quick was in his 20s i could see a package close to this, but he is 33....

Quick is one groin strain away from retirement. He is also a top five goalie if he is on his game. Massive over-payment by the Flames.

Remove Valimaki and then maybe Treliving is talking about acquiring the 33-year old stud (with a history of injury).
