Zboril played with Chabot in Juniors so I think Ottawa will be intrigued. Additional JFK and a first rounder with a conditional 3rd and 5th round pick if they make it to the Stanley Cup Finals/ if Stone resigns. Ottawa can also retain salary this year.

Not bad at all but the condionals are garbage though. A 5th if he signs? Really? It's a 1st if he signs. That shouldn't be negotiable.

This is the kind of package Ottawa might take if everyone balks at the asking price, makes other deals, and its 2:30pm on deadline day. If I were Sweeney, I would offer this, and hope.

The Bruins can't afford to resign him anyways, so if Ottawa is looking for potentially two 1st if Stone resigns, it won't be with the Bruins.

Yeah okay but you would keep the 2nd 1st if you didn't sign him?? That's the whole point of the conditional pick.
