Karlsson is not getting a raise unless he goes bonkers the rest of the year.

Eakin, Holden could be traded. Also, one of Miller or even not sign Schmidt.

literally been wondering how they're gonna fit everyone under the cap as well. I think I agree with DirtyDangles, karlsson will get a 2 year deal worth basically the same thing he's making this year and they will trade a young guy making a few million for a draft pick to open up some space and let a rookie come in full time

He is their #1 C...I dont care what people make but I only added two players...they also need 3 extera players.

My point is that Vegas is gonna have to trade some players already...or not sign their 1C

Karlsson will make over 6M....Its still crazy to think of Vegas needing cap space

I know but that's what happens when you create such a good team right away and your team is ready to win NOW....ordinarily an entry team wouldnt be ready to win for 10ish years but this team is good and can continue to be good

that's ok. theyll probably trade one of march or reilly to free up cap which is aided by their addition of stone and then bring up a rookie to fill in. but in the mean time they get a run at the cup this season with the entire squad intact and worry about the rest in the off season

If I have to see Knights fans whining about cap problems after they just stole Mark Stone, I'm going to blow my brains out.

lol agreed. literally nothing to complain about when your team is as good as they are and has so many options because of the draft assets they've accumulated. their cap will only free up more over the next couple of seasons with expiring contracts and rookies being called up

Trade Eakin, bring up Glass. Gusev has to play for $925,000. Bring up Hague. Three new roster players combine to make less than Eakin. They'll be okay for next year, not so sure beyond that.
