You can't offer-sheet both players as 2019 picks aren't used due to the draft taking place prior to being able to use the offer sheet.

jets probably like that deal due to fact that trouba is a ufa in a year. it's an overpayment for trouba anyway. trouba might not sign it, worried that the jets would match.
