Edmonton doesn't do the Detroit trade. Drai > Larkin. Top 10 pick > AA, never mind the other 2 2nd rounders

i have no idea what the value of marody is, i just figure he was an ok prospect and a couple higher picks plus drai should be enough but i dont know

Draisaitl would cost AA, Hronek and this year's 1st (top 5 pick). He has almost 100pts this year

Almost? He's already over 100 - his stat line is 81, 49-55-104, good for 4th in the league. Only Ovechkin has more goals.

In fact, here are all the players in the past 7 years to score 49 or more:

Alex Ovechkin (5 times)
Leon Draisaitl

That's it. In the same timeframe, 24 guys have reached 40. Approaching 50 is a rare thing unless your name is Ovechkin.

Don't think that's enough for Draisaitl.

Also I wouldn't trade Jones for 1 year of Soderberg. Jones look like he's got a shot at Top 4 NHL minutes

No chance Kings make that trade (Campbell is their goalie of the future).
Also EDM doesnt move Draisaitl for that return

Draisaitl gets AA and Larkin... and picks... just not Detroits top 5 2019 1st....

Draisaitl is top end elite player on amazing value contract... maybe Detroit does need to add the 1st to AA and Larkin. Could probably get Edmonton to take back a contract too....
