Using your list send Buffalo: Toffoli, Martinez, Carter, picks 33, 64, 90, 108,126, 157 and 188 for the 7th over all. I am presuming Toffoli, Martinez and Carter all have about a value of the 33rd over all. This would represent a slight under payment for the 7th OA, and LAK would shedding $14,000,000 which would be equal to all of the picks. Toffoli could be #2 RW and Carter #2 center and Martinez #2 LHD. Maybe Betterall would make this trade to get the extra picks, but I doubt it.

For the Flyers I could see Toffoli and your 2020 1st for #11 and a 2020 3rd. Your 1st would have to be unprotected.

Not necessarily true. I didn't list Toffoli, Martinez, Clague, Quick, Carter, pick 33, Akil Thomas, Roy, Walker. Plenty of value still left. I'm just looking at what the Kings would likely do their best to keep vs. what could be something they'd look at moving if the price was right.
