Skip the Stralman signing, you're over the cap by 2.7M. You're also going to have to add to get Pesce. Carolina isn't just going to give him away.

The last thing CAR needs is another D man, especially one that makes more than Pesce and is way worse! That trade isn't on the same planet let alone in the ballpark on value.
