value probably about right for nashville but it doesn't help them since they'd still only be a 1 line team (Forsberg Malkin Arvidsson). They need high end 2nd liners or 1st liners to push their current 1st liners to the 2nd line. A 1 for 1 doesn't help that

I agree but Letang would fix their whole defense. I think they would trade out more cap or make it work somehow if they were offered Letang

That's a fair assesment of Nashville, perhahps Fabbro in for Tolvanen so they can keep him for the top 6?

I don't think he would. There are plenty of offensive guys back there and their two best prospects are offensive ones. Letang is too much at 7.5 also for the leafs roster
