I think a 3rd is appropriate. Leafs fans on here pretty consistently overvalue their assets. Leafs are going to have no leverage in their trades this offseason with impending cap doom.

As a Leaf fan that is 100% certain that Brown will be traded, I think a 3rd and a 4th is too much. My guess is he'll get the Leafs a 3rd or a 4th but likely a 3rd. He has scored 20 goals in the NHL so my guess is a few teams will take a flyer on him and whoever gives up the 3rd will get him.

Thanks, I like to think I am as well. Of course I have a bias, its hard not to when you are a fan of a team.

It really doesn't matter much though, I still take a tonne of heat from homers of other teams. lol.
