If panarin is willing to wait 2-3 years to be on a competitive team again then he might consider new York but I think it's already decided that he's going to Florida. Florida has everything for him. Weather, beaches, night life, good team that should be in the playoffs, coach Q, fellow Russian in dadonov and possibly Bob.. Just seems like a perfect fit

It was a translated interview where he supposedly said florida doesn't have fans in the stands. Never said anything about not wanting to play there

true but I feel like that could carry implications...or maybe he wants to put more fans in the stands by signing there...idk just want this to be over so we know what good lol

Always go with your first instinct, in this case when people around him were stating his first choice is NY City, book it. Like everybody else, he vacations on the beach lol.
