I don't think you know what a "rebuild" means, and none of your signings / trades make sense. The oilers already have superstar forwards, so very doubtful the oilers would go after him. Rattie probably won't be resigning here, and then the last trade makes no sense at all. theres no way in hell you are getting back svechnikov for giving them lucic's salary, plus a few picks. lucic would hinder the trade value on our side, not make it more.
