Anytime a young player of laines stature has a disappointing season like the one he just had, there will be rumours. I highly doubt there is any truth to it. Chevy is highly invested into giving Laine the right linemates (see last 2 C rentals). Money? Maybe but they would just go for a bridge.

Though not entirely baseless, Laine wanting out is very unlikely.

Idk it's probably just rumors on a click bait site but the dressing room issues the Jets had this season were pretty serious so I wouldn't be surprised if Laine and a lot of other Jets want out.
They got a lot to figure out this summer and don't be shocked to see one or two unexpected Jets to be traded out of town.

Craziness, I’m always entertained with news from the jets in offseason but hopefully nothing too major in trade front. Assets in demand never a bad thing, but if Chevy blinks first in contracts or trades, this build could be in trouble, along the lines of Ottawa and or Edmonton. But in Chevy I trust. Other gms see him coming this time though

I don't put too much stock into the clickbait sites ... Unless it comes from a reputable source, I'm not buying it.

On the topic of locker room issues... I think a lot of it can be fixed by moving on from a couple of over used, under productive vets.... and perhaps a coach better at dealing with young players... And better at coaching wink
