I disagree, the habs need high end talent, not more centres. Laine is not the right choice though. They need complete players who can drive a line ie marner. Also this package is not enough. An offer sheet that the jets wouldn’t accept would be 4 first so that’s the minimum I would like to see.

Gee, I think Jets take trade easily. Jets need cap space. Juulsen can play now at RHD. Suzuki might be a star plus the two first rounders. It's better than a four first pick offer sheet.
Don't know why Habs do it. Keep those four assets, and spend some of the Laine money elsewhere for a few years.

As a Jets fan I HAVE the thought of trading Laine but this is a pretty decent offer, I bet Laine would light it up playing with Domi.
