4) Isles aren't giving you a pick to take Russell. I've always thought he's an underrated player but Isles aren't giving you a pick to take his contract.

First off i respect your opinion and second dont say "you" as if im an oilers fan lol **** that. And secondly its hard to assume what the oilers are capable of signing since they still are a team with potential to come up. Lehner could go there if the Islanders were to trust in Greiss. Highly unlikely they lose him but im taking this as best case scenario for edmonton. Making deals with Edmonton isnt easy and the contracts they have are almost impossible to move. I tried for this and if it wasnt impressive then so be it.

I didn't mean "you" like you're an Oilers fan. But imagine you're the GM of the Oilers, you wouldn't get a 4th for Russell at his contract and you probably wouldn't get Lehner. But if this is just a best case scenario then i get it.
