Leafs say no. Not interested in an expensive 3rd pair Dman and Khaira (on top of giving up a pick).
It doesn't help that the Leafs give up the better player aswell.
If we are moving Brown it'd be for Bear as the return or for pick(s)

Great, keep your overpriced 4th liner, leafs fans on every single thread are the ones that want to get rid of your 8 goal scorer.

You made a trade with the Leafs. Yes you did.
Also going by your response, here is a live feed of you right now:

Brown would be the best winger on your team and was only a 4th liner (who was given heavy defensive assignments) because of the Leafs depth down the wing. The only reason we are moving him is that we have better players who can play higher in the lineup, and you cant keep a top 9 guy getting paid top 9 money on the 4th line.

He's an AHL tweener for sure.

Please stop making things up. Brown is not that good. He could just as easily be sitting in the AHL.

Brown is not an AHL player lol. He is a 3rd line guy who can play 15 hard minutes and put up 20 in the right situation. I don't know how you could possibly come to that conclusion. Basic stats, the eye test and underlying metrics will tell you that (underlying metrics are actually his least flattering evaluator).
Agreed on the picture though.

He's an AHL tweener just like Simon is for the penguins. It's not hard to find a guy to come in and get a whooping 8 goals in 82 games. You can justify it all you want. But he's easily replaceable by multiple players on any AHL team.

He put up 20 goals and 16 last year and the year before. This year he got delegated to the 4th line because of insane wing depth. Add to the fact that he was used in a defence only role playing hard minutes and his lack of production isn't unsurprising.
If you want to argue that he is a 4th liner thats fine (you'd be wrong, but reasonably so), to say he is an AHL tweener is a criminal undervaluation and a joke.

draisaitl who plays right wing on the Oilers had 50 goals this year, how many did brown have again?

*Brown would be the best winger on your team assuming you have your centres play... You know, Centre.

That would be pretty hard considering there are 4 center positions and we have 7 natural centerman

Life certainly IS tough when Kafle22 is running the team. This is a worse roster than Chiarelli put together last summer!

Well the funny thing is we traded Petry, we traded Schultz and someone else as well, I forgot. They have all became top 4 d on any team and now we want to trade Benning

****ing lol. Benning is not top 4. There are plenty of 3rd pair dmen who have good Corsi. Cody Franson is actually the third best behind Gardiner and ryan Ellis if you go solely by that (this is over the past few years).

Imagine thinking that asking for a b prospect and not overpaid trash for a 20 goal scorer who pks and plays hard minutes is "typical leafs fan"

Typical cf leafs hater. Always undervaluing leafs (unless it's contract time, then they are all stars)

Clearly you didn't read the whole thing as I asked you to.

Benning has played 1250 minutes in the top-4 over the past 3 years. Having "good Corsi" when playing in the 3rd pairing doesn't make you a 2nd pairing player, but ALL of the stats posted were from the 1250 minutes he was in the 1st or 2nd pairing. ALL of them.

Go back and read the comments.
