As a Jets fan, I would absolutely love a Trouba deal revolving around Cernak & Miller. I could be over-valuing Trouba here, but I don't think the 4th goes back to Tampa, but maybe a lower round pick from TB to WPG in addition to Cernak & Miller.

As a jets fan myself who thinks highly of trouba. I would say the deal is definitely in Winnipeg’s favour. I would think a 2nd might have to go to Tampa to make it work. Even then, they’re richly high on Cernak in Tampa. Tough to say whether he would be available. But would love this return forsure

Tampa trade makes their bad cap situation worse. I doubt if the very cost efficient Cernak is going to be traded.

Tampa will not move Cernak. I could see someone like Joseph or someone on an entry level deal since the Jets are in a tight cap situation.

Yes he is but he is needed in Tampa. I would think they would look elsewhere if it meant giving him up.

Given it's only for a 6th round pick shy not trade Kulikov instead of Beaulieu to Montreal? it would save more money even if it means giving Beaulieu a contract
