I think this could work! Everything seems fair.

Might have to add another middle pick to the NYR trade but this works well for Tampa.

Point got 92 points...is 23 years old...plays center...and plays defense. This is a big discount to what he provides.

Most of this looks smart except point has been on a rise the past few seasons and he is a centermen so at least his cap will be at $9 million minimum and he is a greedy person who has already said I’m willing to accept an offer Sheet

Agreed, realistically though if he wants to stay on a competitive team he will have to sign a contract like such. I put 5 years although it could be 4 because it allows him to sign another large deal after as he will only be 27-28.
