There's only one term that Kapanen and Marner are guaranteed not to get. There's only one term that has literally NEVER been given to a standard RFA off an entry level deal. You guessed it, 4 years.

Would rather spend 2.9 on one that can play more then 1/3 of the games and be stable with a track record.

LA is trying to shed and would rather part with the 2.9 of Quick then the 675k of JC with 1 year remaining on his contract
