I like the trade from a Canes perspective, would've liked to see you finish the team for next season though

I may not be an Oilers fan, but I would be jumping all over that if I were Holland. It's a massive overpay. Here's my thoughts in why:

1. I would suggest Faulk is flipped, netting the Oilers more assets. Maybe he doesn't, but it sure would be my move on an expiring deal.

2. Wallmark I project as a strong 2nd line option. And for RNH, is a must include.

3.Kuokkanen is shaping up to be a viable top 6 forward.

4. And a 1st????? Well hell.

I think you could subtract the 1st and still have a viable deal.

I think that's a fair trade and might be a slight overpay by Carolina but given how bereft of top 6 forwards the Oilers are it would probably require an overpay to get RNH from them.

Overpay? Lmao!!! I think the Oilers should include a tube of lube it's so far over the top!

Either take out the 1st or one of Wallmark or Kuokkanen.
Seriously the Oilers defense when all healthy isn't as bad as everyone says it is, they need RNH far more then they need Faulk so yeah it'd require an overpay to get him.
