Trying to get Copp to file for arbitration? He's worth at least what Lowry is making and won't take less than 3. But going to arbitration opens up another window to buy out Kulikov if need be.

I think Dillon and Kulikov are basically the same player. No point in buying him out just to add another version of him and give up prospects.
Matty P is deal is funny...dont know if you get Milano back for him. Im thinning more just dumping him into another teams cap space for a late pick. At least that's what rival GM's will most likely say.
