Gusev cannot be offersheeted. He's in a free agent class that since he has not played an NHL game he cannot be offersheeted. Vegas holds his rights. If he leaves for the KHL, he must wait 2 full seasons before coming to the NHL as a UFA.

just offer vegas a 2 and a 3 then and get this guy. he helps that lw depth tremendously

The salaries on that bottom line are so ugly... not much you can do about them though, untradeable... (other than maybe glendening)
