Some problems for sure. Vegas wont be trading Gusev without salary attached going out the door. Think Eakin, Reeves, Holden etc...

Tampa laughs and hangs up.

No chance Ottawa takes on that much just to get Georgey AND gives us a 2nd back.

-Vegas needs to shed cap. Gusev will be strapped to someone with salary and they're not going to take on any additional salary on their end. probably just picks.
-Cirelli has a ton of value to Tampa because he's cheap. If you're going to get someone from them it'll be Palat/Johnson/Gourde/Killorn
-Ottawa doesn't like to pay anybody but they can care less about the cap. Find a way to get signing bonuses paid and then traded to Ottawa.
