Career high 43 points, if I was a GM, I would not prefedict Byron with ''Could'' because he is pass the age of 30. I would pickup a younger player with young fast legs. No thanks, no deal, brutal trade! Byron is a 3rd line winger and Oilers have Bouchard, Samorukov and Broberg, the first 2 are very close to NHL ready! Samorukov experts say is NHL ready and a top pairing D.... Klefbomb is always injured-every single year. We also have Caleb jones who is NHL ready and lagesson who I have a feeling will start the year with the oilers from how Holland talks about him.... NO DEAL... Gallager for nurse would be a good deal that works. Nobody wants Byron, not even montreal fans

You could easily put drai with nuge Byron with mcdavid ... the fact you think that mete ( a top 4 dman) Byron a potential 60+ point guy a first round and second round pick is way far off in value shows that you either think nurse is one of the best dman in the league (which he isn’t ) or you just don’t know value of any other players on other teams

Funny every Montreal fan says Byron>JP but pretty much everyone of them have Byron for JP in a trade. Like I said JP is 21 lots of room to grow. Byron is 30. Easy pass. And if Nurse is involved there’s only 1 player that can even come close to making Edmonton even question the trade and that’s Domi. So again easy pass from Edmonton.
