So the pens need to add a solid defenseman to get rid of jack johnson, but san jose doesn't need to add anything when they flip him?

If it only cost a 5th to move Johnson why would PIT give up their best young d man to get rid of him...?

Lol no way that Colorado trade will happen. Johnson isn't good and neither is the contract. He'll be a scratch for 80-90% of the time lol

Oof I’m just going off of what the last 10 pens posts on here had. What would the value be to get rid of Johnson ?

I dont think anyone from Colorado would agree with that?

Also you think the sharks are jesse (the bust) pulijarvi away from a Stanley cup, they shouldnt have made it past Vegas last year, the officials got them into the 3rd round last year

Lmao so the refs told Vegas to let up 4 goals in 5 minutes just so San Jose could win ? I know it was a bad call, but it’s not that hard to kill a 5 minute penalty without throwing the game away. We killed a 4 minute against Colorado twice, it’s not that difficult

They aren't saying the Penguins trade is that bad. But why would they trade a solid defenseman to get rid of Johnson in return for a 7th. And then you flip Johnson along with a 5th for a 6th. If the Pens could trade Johnson and a 5th instead of adding a defenseman, they would do it right now. Those trades favor San Jose big time

You’re right, what would be needed for just Petterson do you think ?

A lot, Pettersson is probably the second or third most valuable blueliner to the penguins rn
