Eriksson and Seabs contract are both doo doo but Seabs contract isnt so much more doo doo it requires a first and a highly touted prospect. It would take another piece to move but nothing of a first or kurshevs value.

I believe the compliance buyout is linked to the CBA, not expansion, so if the league and PA avoid a lockout there won't be a compliance buyout. That's what I believe, I might be wrong.

And Eriksson can't get a first rounder ever, the Canucks will be lucky to get him off the books without GIVING UP a first.
