It hurts you chose Jones over Schneider

sorry man, truth hurts. jones put up a sub-.900 on a team with over 100 points. at least schneider pulled it together enough to hang onto a .903, and on a lottery team to boot

gm chiarelli - prior to this post he traded captain mcdavid for jack johnson. I'm being told it's one for one. believe the alternates and captains are still being worked out by head coach pierre mcguire

a hawks fan here told me seabrook would never be traded because he's a critical part of their LR, so he's captain i guess

Alzner and Kulikov could replace Cole and Zaitsev.

Elvis in goal? I know there is not much cap space left but...sign Darling to league minimum or find a way to fit Condon in. Lol.

I love this post. ??

oof i forgot about alzner cuz he didn't play last season. i'll stand by cole tho, he's only really been better than replacement one season of his career and he was dog**** last season.

elvis is only a slightly above average goalie in the sixth-best league in the world right now and he's already 25. he will be eviscerated by the NHL

you could say the same thing about schneider in 17-18 (league average reg season, 0.950 playoff).

the difference is schneider was a couple tenths below league average, and jones was a full percentage point below league average. that's a yikes from me

Schneider hadn’t won for 14 months. That’s a yikes from me. And Jones played 2019 playoffs. 2017 don’t matter. If it did I would mention Jones carrying the sharks to the SCF if we were talking the past

It hurts seeing Fabbri here, but I can’t argue after last season.
