see the thing is I think you are right which is why I like this deal is cause I think it is very unlikely they get that top 4 unless Columbus comes calling looking to deal Savard or maybe if he can kick it up Murray but besides that I think this deal would be good for them maybe carolina sends a offer but its going to be D heavy teams that winnipeg wants the offers from.

I think the jets would want JGP tossed in to help with the team right now, but I think the overall value is close.
