Not that well. Defense is still VERY up in the air. I want to see DeHaan come in. I also want to see Lehner next game. 1 very fluky goal against crow, 1 goal he was left to dry and a great snipe by Travis, but 2 probably on him more than anyone else. Nice goal by Nylander. Kane and Gus doing Kane and Gus things. Shaw and Drake brought good energy, but they couldn't get it out of their zone. People waiting for someone else to do it. Just a lot of turnovers and finding myself wanting more effort in transitioning from defense to offense.

So Crow kinda sucked. Keith sucked. Seabrook sucked. Gilbert played will and so did Koekoek for the most part other than the own goal. Kane was fire as usual. Toews and Caggs did well. The cat proves he's worthy of the new contract. Team as a whole had no energy until the end of the third

I didnt watch the whole thing but I did notice that Keith had a pretty awful game. Nylander looked good though

Hm. Not promising, but our two best defensive defensemen were out, so I can forgive/take that with a grain of salt. Glad to hear the offense looked good for the most part and Nylahder’s goal was great (I did get to see that). You think Lehner or Crawford starts next Thursday?

Hopeful for Lehner. They need to split time unless one of them get hot in my opinion. Crow was ok...as in needed to make some nice saves because the D was bad, but also had CLEAR lapses.

Keith looked bad, Koekko wasn't great, Seabs questionable, Gus defensively bad but offensively good, Maatta was pretty good but is indeed slow. The ice was slow for sure. Nylander looked great for 15 minutes and couldn't even tell he was on the ice the rest of the game. Kane is a stud. Crow would like to have 2 of the 4 back. Caggs doesn't belong on the first line. Cat was getting abused on the boards. Kampf has no business on the 3rd line. Kubalik and Saad look great as a winger pair.
