Andrew Ladd

Created by: Isles777
Team: 2019-20 New York Islanders
Initial Creation Date: Oct. 20, 2019
Published: Oct. 20, 2019
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
He’s back in a regular practice jersey. If they send wahlstrom to Bridgeport to allow Andrew Ladd back on the 23 , the organization is basically telling fans they dont care about icing the best roster.

So how do they get out of this when everyone (Ladd, Cizikas, Eberle) is back? Obviously Bardreau can go back down and knowing this organization, Wahlstrom probably will too regardless, but then who? In my mind, I’d cut Brassard loose, just because of how bad he’s looked this year, but that’s a bad idea for a team with next to no center depth. MDC and Kuhnhackl probably aren’t going anywhere either

if wahlstrom goes back, I swear I won’t go to another game this season. I’m so sick of this organization prioritizing useless vets and grinders over young talent. Lou/Barry are so full of sh*t sometimes , they preach about roles and then have kuhnhackl on a top line scoring role but they wouldn’t keep Ho-sang and put him on the 3rd line because of “roles”.

Eberle is already injured so I really wouldn’t mind if they said he’s out for at least another month. It gives wahlstrom more time and hopefully makes it impossible to send him back when everyone healthy

If they don’t want to cut this waste of a roster spot in kuhnhackl, then they have to waive one of Johnston/Martin and MDC . I would choose kuhnhackl and Martin, but that’s just me.

Say what you want about his “attitude,” Id much rather have Ho-Sang on that top line than Kuhnkackl.

Just posted some of my thoughts btw

It’s almost as if this organization is afraid to have too much young talent on the roster.
