Hard to say...that position is so volatile that I can't imagine anyone would blow their wad to get him.
I just doubt he'd have a crazy amount of value until he actually has a bit of success at the NHL level. AHL goaltending numbers seem to be (in a lot of cases) a very large product of where you're playing (see: Pickard/Sparks in 2018). Even look at guys like Jarry (no trade market) and Comrie (waived) this year, who are pretty good examples of goaltenders not developing the way that most expected.
Not saying that top skater prospects don't bust, but they just don't seem to at the rate that goaltenders do.
End of the day, Primeau could turn out to be outstanding, or not. I'd say someone might throw a 2nd to get him, but that'd be a gamble.
