For some reason, you broke our most stable line, the problem is clearly not there, but the lack of talent in the top 9 and fast physical players.

We would trade Toffoli for the second and Tage Thompson. Or the second and William Borgen or Casey Fitzgerald plus something else. We're not interested in Larsson, Nelson or Sheary.

LA is going to finish with one of the worst record in the league. Three of the pieces are UFA. The trade is a 2nd and 3 cap dumps for Toffoli...

Toffoli is over rated big time and is going to be a UFA. For that many pieces rather have a long term solution. Certainly not giving up the pick with the job our scouting staff has been doing. Larsson is hardly a cap dump he is more than earning his salary in his role

A 2nd round pick could very well be used to draft a long term solution with another deep draft this year. We are already without a third. Nelson is good insurance for now . Will get us a 5th or 6th later in the season when teams need depth. I do not think Toffoli is much better than Sheary to be honest . Sheary and Nelson and maybe a 5th or 6th for him
