Just like Mark Stone, Matt Duchene and Ryan Dzingel did with Eugene Melnyk before the TDL...

If the Devils continue to improve and have a legitimate shot at the 2020 playoffs by TDL, then Hall will probably resign
If it isn't the case, then bye bye.

Comes down to one thing IMO. Goaltending.

A solution in net has to be laid down in the coming months or he would be well in his right mind to leave. Schneider is in buyout territory, Blackwood has potential but isn't at the point of leading a team into the playoffs yet.

They need to put some serious money down on an upcoming UFA goalie. if they do, I could see Hall resigning. If not, I think he gets out of dodge.
