You can get positive value for Nino, why dump him?

why the hell would OTT decline, Nino>Duclair, i mean ik Duclair is younger, but not often do you get the pick and the better player, and it's not like Nino is 40, he's only a few years older, and a notably better player, plus OTT would likely be able to get a decent pick back for Nino, maybe a desperate team could move a first for Nino at the deadline (I mean PIT did give up a first for Derrick Brassard) plus Duclair is an RFA at the end of the season, CHI declines likely, and i think NJD declines as well, but CAR likely doesn't need to add much, I hear NJD wants an NHL ready d man, Fleury maybe (although he is in the CHI trade, but I doubt that ever goes through)

The guy who got 3 goals and 10 points at 27 yo playing with good lines mate vs a guy who got 11 goals for 17 points who's younger and thrive in OTT, that's what you meant ? Duclair > Nino at this point, dont forget he got traded for Victor Rask
