Description
______________________________________________________________________________________________________

**- Best News is that SID has been Skating for 7 -8 days !!!! IMO - He comes back 12/27 game vs Nashville!!
- Bjugstad has been skating too (He is a good player)
- Except for Dumo & Horny who are still out for another month+
- I dont think Schultzy is that bad & will be back ASAP

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

Big Fan of the Kevin Roy TRADE - He is a Depth player that I signed to WBS in my Off-season Pens Teams
- He played good w/ ANA early in 2017 before he got injured then went to FLO.
Roy is a fast, good depth player that can play all 3 positions.

- I really would like to see KOVALCHUK come here and take over on the PP on that Left wall .... BUT, I just can't see Sully
playing him more than what he plays Chucky. It's a great idea but I dont see it working out w/ Sully.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

I think we all kno that Sully does NOT like Galchenyuk at all, It's NOT working here and its just a matter of time till he's traded....

- I keep thinking GMJR swings a deal like the Brassard trade where he gets back an under-valued player in mid 20's like
Bjugstad and a young player like McCann-Cann who are both controlled for 2-3 yrs each.
(OR)
- It will be a UFA for UFA (OR) a BIG 3- team Trade like this
_______________________________________________________________________________________________________

MY PENS TYPES TO TARGET & NEEDS :
1- Top 6 RH- Winger who could also be on Left wall of PP #1 = TROCHECK
2- A better LHD for Dumo or that could push 28 & 3 when all healthy = FLEURY
3- At least 1 tough forward that can create some push back = SIMMONDS
4- A 3rd line Center if Bjugstad is traded
*- McCann is a great Top 6 young Winger & a very good #3 Center = He is better as a Top 6 winger, IMO
________________________________________________________________________________________________________

BREAKDOWN -
3 - TEAM TRADE

PENS -
- C/RW - V. TROCHECK

FLA loses this significantly IMO. Won't be trading Trocheck (and Borgstrom) for that

Agree. FLA gives up too much, PIT gives up too little, MIN is pretty close - thanks for adding such detailed explanations and putting in so much effort!

laugh laugh Florida gives up the best two pieces in Trochek and Borgstrom and get garbage in return. Eric Staal really and Galchenyuk is a pending UFA that's been very under-whelming here. And Florida doesn't need DeSmith then they've Bobrovsky and McKnight as their long term goalies. this is pure trash for Florida.

Ya maybe replace Borgstrom with a 1st rounder from PIT, and then remove the 3rd rounder. Making it:

    PIT:
    Trochek
    6th round pick (MIN)

    MIN:
    1st round pick (PIT)
    Mark Pysyk

    FLA:
    - Galchenyuk
    - Staal (retained)
    - De Smith

    This way:
    - FLA loses Trochek, but gains Galchenyuk, Staal and De Smith.
    - MIN loses Staal and 6th rounder, but gains Pysyk and 1st rounder
    - PIT loses Galchenyuk, 1st rounder, and De Smith, but gains Trochek and 6th rounder.

Pens need to add a lot for FLA to make this move happen. Borgström+something might move Staal, but Chucky+DeSmith+3rd does not get you Trocheck. Not even close...

I think a lot of ppl over value Trocheck since his injury, he has been very average - why a trade mite jump start him

I just think the last 2 yrs now Trocheck has been very average and everyone seems to over value him?? Well since injury, and I see a trade of him coming home could jump start him ??
